Puneet is backed by over 25 years of experience not just in the domestic landscape but across Europe and USA. Prior to launching Gigmo Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Puneet worked with some heavyweight companies such as HCL Technologies, Goldman Sachs, Blackberry, and EDS Consulting.  He worked at leadership positions across realms – customer support, information technology, Consulting, and Sales & Distribution. During his professional stint, he was constantly bothered by the existing customer service models, and yearned to find a way to disrupt this landscape and move it towards high efficiency and resilience. Puneet, finally realized his dream and passion in September 2018 when he launched Gigmo Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Puneet’s interests included reading (he is a voracious reader and will read anything of substance that he can lay his hands on), he loves climbing and hopes to ‘conquer’ Mount Everest one day. By his own submission, Puneet is goal oriented and will continue to better the gig workspace.
